LEARN TO SURF Group lessons
Learn to Surf lessons are offered daily from our Center of Excellence in St. Ives Bay Holiday Park and our Surf School at Godrevy National Trust Car park. Conducted in small groups of similar ability these lessons start 10.00 am for the morning or 2.00pm for the afternoon session.
Shore Surf School provides a vast choice of courses and listed below are our most popular:
“Find your Feet” 2.5 hour lesson £30.00
Multiple day courses:
“Go with the Flow” 3-day course £110.00
“Step it Up!” 5-day course £155.00.
There are also deals available inclusive of accommodation from only £125.00

PERSONAL COACHING Private Lesson
To fully master the “Art of Surfing” we believe a Private lesson where you and your group have the undivided attention of a surf coach is the answer.
Your coach will only teach you or your group during these lessons with all sessions developed to suit your surfing requirements. Surfing ability from beginner to elite.

SHORE SURF CLUB
Initially, the surf club was started for local children, giving them the opportunity to learn and improve their surfing skills in a safe and fun environment.
Due to the popularity, the club now offers a Ladies Only group and welcomes parents to join in on the fun.
PRICES:
Initial lesson with all equipment included £25.00
All children who have attended lessons with their School do not need to pay Initial lesson cost.
All following lessons for children £7.50 includes surfboard & wetsuit, boots & gloves if required.
Children who attend both Saturday & Wednesday only pay £12.00 for the 2 sessions.
Children who are proficient surfers and use their own equipment pay £6.00 per session or £10.00 for Sat & Wed combination.
All following lessons for adults £10.00
TIME:
When is it on? Every Saturday and Wednesday evening (light & weather conditions permitting)
To make the club work better from a coaching point of view we are running two group lessons back to back on Saturdays and Wednesday evening.
The first group consists of the more advanced surfers, who need to be proficient with their outback techniques.
This lesson starts at 9am, meaning suited and ready to go!
Ladies only lessons also start at 9am.
Please note that it is essential to arrive before 9am, as late arrival will mean having to wait for the next group!
Finish on the beach at 11am
The second group leaves for the beach by 10:30am. This is a group of mixed ability, beginners and advanced who can’t make it to the beach earlier! This lesson finishes at 12:30pm.
Wednesday evening lessons start 5pm and finish 7pm during summer but start and finish becomes earlier as the nights draw in.
As it is proving to be such a success Shore Surf are doing everything they can to offer the surf club throughout the year, offering first class wetsuits, boots, gloves and hoods during the colder winter sessions.
